This got fixed upstream, so it shouldn't be an issue any more. I didn't
check to see which was the first saucy kernel version to include the
fix, but 3.11.0-6.12 definitely has it. Let me know if you still see
issues with this kernel version or later.

Did this issue start happening after an update/upgrade? Was there a
kernel version where you were not having this particular problem? This
will help determine if the problem you are seeing is the result of the
introduction of a regression, and when this regression was introduced.
