I encountered a similar or same problem on Gigabyte AB350 with Ubuntu 16.04 running `4.13.0-21-generic #24~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Mon Dec 18 19:39:31 UTC 2017`. It even shows up on 18.04 Alpha. Only thing that makes it halfway work is setting `acpi=off`. Isn't this supposed to be fixed by now? --
