was plugged into monitor's USB hub and I had the issues. Now I've
plugged it directly into laptop's port, it works fine so far.
I guess it may be caused by other devices (maybe usb headset I have?..

Hi,
I often have connection interrupts (mostly during video calls or, even
worse, heavy database access) with a usb-c docking station using the
same chipset. Same message in the syslog.

I am also hitting this same issue, with the same USB ethernet device
that the bug opener is also using. According to additional discussion
here, https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=282750, and here,

still be active. An
Jens,
I suggest you to buy Tp Link Ue306. I did it, and now is working fine.
Weird, because it does have the AX88179 chipset too, same as the one that was
failing for me (Ugreen CM209).

the thing is, I have 2 identical intel NUC's with each one of these
adaptors, and on the one machine I see this on average once a month for
the last 3 months now, on the other machine this has not happend yet.

So far, since I´ve installed mainline kernel (5.15.7-051507-generic from
ppa:tuxinvader/lts-mainline), the problem seems fixed, but still worth
to monitoring this a little more.
