After System is suspended, upon pressing any button to wake up, i am facing a
black full screen terminal with Error massage and the system becomes not
responsive.
ALT+F1 to take me to Termina one to restart does not work
ALT+Backspace to restart X does not work.

I just noticed this. my bluetooth keyboard appears to be reporting the battery
status while the bluetooth mouse doesn't.
This wasnt the case earlier and both were reporting 0%.
To clarify on the timeline:
ubuntu 17.10 - both were reporting correctly.
after installation of 18.04, both stopped.
