Hi Ammar, apologies for the delayed followup, what is the version of the
kernel that you are seeing this with? I.E. what is the output of running
the command 'cat /proc/version_signature' where this is showing up?

Hi Dan,
Those test are ASAP which uses steering as its infrastructure thus this
test set when configured to run with software steering verifies the
functionality.

The change which introduces the issue also exists in
Impish(5.13.0-40.45) and would need the same fix. For Focal the fix
would be included in upstream stable v5.4.183 but that would not make it
into next cycle.
