More than once a day the system totally freeze.

After it reboot normally with kernel 6.3, I moved ahead and run the
dist-upgrade to Ubuntu version 23.04, which also installs kernel 6.2.
After the installation, again things stopped working. The kernel 6.3
that was working until just before the installation, now freezes just

jammy have finished running.

after changes were made to the kteam-tools kernel.yaml to promote 5.19
to the default kernel. These changes are not allowed during a security
respin.

As an update I manually installed kernel 6.3 from
https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v6.3/ (by downloading the
.deb files to a usb stick), and it seems to be back to normal on that.

And also each DKMS driver like nvidia should get rebuilt for each kernel
that's installed. Although sometimes that step fails, which might
explain this bug...
