22.04.3, zen 4 7840, screen turn white exception

Your comments lead me do some digging and it tuns out I had somehow
broken the secure boot chain. After changing the 2 bios ccp settings
from auto to enabled the psp loads correctly. I downgraded the firmware
with muon then Discover notified me of an upgrade I had made sure that

After updating the kernel I restarted the laptop. After entering my
password and logging in the screen goes black with occasional flashes
of, I guess i'd call it static.
The same thing happened with the previous kernel I

Just for some clarity, when you say no longer affects; does that mean
you can get the kernel from kernel.org, install it and it will work just
like that or does it mean when you install a kernel with a tool say
mainline, it should work?
Or are we now waiting for the patch to be in the
