I've tested the kernel with the same results. What was even stranger was the fact that after rebooting back to 19.10 i couldn't connect to the network anymore. Only after i rebooted to windows and back to linux thw wifi worked. I've atached the dmesg with the kernel ** Attachment added: "syslog

Ok, after a few hours the problem came back so bios upgrade is not a solution. While searching for a possible solution I discovered that there are a number of distributions inpacted by this bug (not all debian based) so it must be a kernel bug. https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=290987
