for the video tutorial i will use the version from ppa:

sadly, the icons in the menu are not working
the undo in pcbnew is working

It opened and played fine in Firefox.
However the size of the video is larger than my screen so it cropped and I
needed to use scroll bars to see the missing parts.
Anyway you can make kicad window smaller and record just the window?
I am sure that if I saved it, I could resize it in a real video

thank you for your feedback. about the size of the video, what you saw
was the original footage, i will upload the final version to vimeo,
the resolution will be adjusted. here's an example of a video i made:
