Ok here is my latest problem I have.
I have 3 different sized boards and on the smallest board, I have created a
zone to cover the whole board, and that shows up perfectly on PCBNEW and in the
3D viewer. On my second board, which is larger, the xone again coners the
entire board, and shows up

The hierarchical key is on the right hand side of the Schematic editor page.
On your schematic, click on this tab, the click and hold the left mouse button
on an empty area of your schematic and it will draw a box. I dont know if it
