Thanks for any help on this.

OK, found it.
How can I export a schematic as an image (jpg, etc)?
Plot it to SVG, then use an image viewer program to save that SVG
file as PNG. This image is of vector graphic type, the PNG format
suits it better than JPEG.

Of course, yes, this is the clearest way. And the most flexible.
But if he want a PS or PDF file: He could just

I have used this service for prototyping, results are very good.
The board is not routed, so you have to cut it out of the panel by hand!

As someone else had pointed out, development seems for some reason to have
moved to:

Confirmed, the developers are using launchpad.net for a better blend of a)
repository, b) email, and c) bug/features management, with home base being here:

Hello,
I'm using Kicad (eeschema) to draw schematics for the panel layout of an
electrical installation I'm making (specifically, a CNC machine).
I have two sheets: an overview sheet (showing the machine's motors,
sensors, etc) and a hierarchical child sheet showing the layout for the
Thanks, it sounds like this is well worth trying.
Regards,
Robert.
