It seems that /etc/cron.d/koha-common doesn't work: I changed the line
in this:
*/5 * * * * esg-koha esg -x /usr/sbin/koha-rebuild-zebra ETC..
esg-koha: my koha user
esh: my database name
but nothing happens.
Some advices?

At staff interface, from Home › Catalog find particular item which I
try to hold, but Koha reply as:
Cannot place hold
Too many holds: mao has too many holds.
mao is reader name. In fact this is the first hold for mao.
