[Koha] OPAC self registration - userid non-Latin characters problem

Out of curiosity, does the amount of RAM make a significant difference? I've been trying to troubleshoot performance issues because of both network lag at our location. In trying to optimize the page-load speed during checkout, I've also upped the serve RAM to from 1gig to 4gigs. While that
