If you are going to use Zebra, you will want to set it up to use ICU
from the beginning. It will enable you to search for non-latin characters.

I suppose I could have tested this on the test site to see if it really did
what I wanted. I found a work around, since there were only a handful of
patrons I really needed to keep track of.

Hi kamil,
I am currently not aware of a way to achieve that. I could imagine
something similar to OpacSuppression for Authorities would be nice.

I've noticed this in the past too. I always tell administrators to
choose EITHER
* finesMode set to "Calculate and charge", with fines.pl set to run
nightly, OR
* CalculateFinesOnReturn set to "Do"

(OPACShowUnusedAuthorities), but I mean to hide related ones.
