Bugzilla votes are problematic, because there is no way to promise
anyone that a bug with a lot of votes will get worked on. It's kind of
like when someone posts on an enhancement bug saying "Why isn't anyone
working

I recently discovered the votes possibility in Bugzilla. That's great, but I'm
wondering if someone regulary has a look to the votes?
Would it be possible to highlight the BZs with the most votes and to have
period of times to vote for our favorite BZ ?

there have been no bug reports about the export not working.
Are you exporting authority or bibliographic records?
Which settings do you use?
Does it also happen when you try to export a single or very few records,
for example by biblionumber range?
