Hi Nicole,
I am not sure if that works in 3.16, but you can try the following rule:
Copyfield 856$u with 856$u using the regexp s/^/PROXY_URL/
I am sure this works with the improvements I developed on bugs 11319
and 11413 (not in master yet).

As I understand, there was a bug in Koha 3.14 where the barcode readers would
fail.
There was a post-upgrade problem for many where input field focus
jumped around due to cached out of date JavaScript. The solution to
that bug was to clear your browser cache.

I've got a major problem in that the barcode reader reads a book on checkout or
checkin but fails to do either. The checkin or checkout can be entered by hand
and the book will checkin or checkout. Of course this forces extra work on the
circulation desk.
As I can tell, the closest bug is

How does the output of the scanner differ from the hand-typed barcode?

It is my understanding that this was a bug in Koha 3.14 that was later fixed.
My further understanding is that the a scanned barcode was causing the Enter
to be processed before the form was complete.

Hello,
I am using KOHA 3.10. Everything went right. But last few days, I am facing
a serious problem. While circulation, normally fine is ok if due date is
over. But if a book is renewed after due date, then fine is not generated
after check in.
Any kind of help is highly appreciable.
