I would like to help you, but please can you send some of your records / rows
from the table where you find the duplicates ?
Also after the erases from the problematic records etc. you said that do you
try to continue the upgrade but with the same error ? if yes then we should
check also for other tables in my opinion, if you can provide an sql to

My problematic records were something like that on table language_description
('Laoo','script','en','Laotisch',183)
('Laoo','script','en','Laotisch',184)
and the error was "ERROR: {UNKNOWN}: DBI Exception: DBD::mysql::db do
failed: Duplicate entry 'Laoo-script-en' for key 'uniq_lang' at
/usr/share/koha/lib/C4/Installer.pm line 738"

21.11. I do not see any information in the bug list or lists.

I went through the language tables and removed any apparent duplications. I
also emptied out the language_descriptions table with no success. Thanks
Jonathan for opening the bug ticket. Fortunately my system is for internal
institutional use and I can be patient.
