As per your instructions I run the script.
All borrowers messaging preferences set to default messaging preferences of
concerned Patron categories.
Now its OK. Thank you Liz and Jonathan.
Following commands applied.
Load environment variables
sudo su
export
Did you call it with --doit?
See perl misc/maintenance/borrowers-force-messaging-defaults -h

a new patron.

There is a script provided in Koha to do this, on the packages it will
be at /usr/share/koha/bin/maintenance/borrowers-force-messaging-defaults
To use it, set the defaults for each category within the Patron
categories editor in the Koha administration, then use this script to
apply
Dear Friends,
I would like to enable all SMS and Email messaging preferences (Check-in,
check-out etc) of all patrons.
Kindly help me to create an SQL query to do the process.
