Hi, several librarians have expressed that the Top Most-Circulated items
report only counts items that have been checkd-in already. I confirmed this
as the code clearly queries old_issues only.
My question would be: is this a bug? I belive so, but wanted to collect

I'd also go for a templates/ dir also :-D

Hi, i want to add out-of-the-box support for memcached for packages. There
are two possible approaches to this:
- As a required or suggested dependency that enables it globally if present
- As an optional enable/disable per instance service.
I'd like to hear what you devs see as the best
Hi, with the inclusion of a plugin system we provide a convenient way of
injecting functionalities to Koha. I was about to write one myself for
implementing some cute graphics (jqPlot) and circulation statistics we had
in our 3.0.x fork prior to our 3.8 upgrade.
Then I came to think this should

Hi fellows,
as you might already know Chris Hall, Bernardo and I have been elected for
the task of maintaining the 3.8.x, 3.10.x and 3.12.x stable releases
respectively.
The current schedule (to which we are sticking) establishes June 22 for

I've been thinking and sharing with some an idea I want to share with all
of you.
Since I stepped into Koha's world I've been focused (sometimes obsessively,
I should admit) on the user POV. Specifically on the ways to deploy,
maintain and finally use koha.
We are now encouraging people to use

Hi everyone,
We are a week out from new releases of the 3.8.x, 3.10.x and 3.12.x stable
branches.
If you know of some QA-ed patch that deserves to be applied soon to the
stable branches just let us know about it in the next 12 hours. Tomorrow
morning (UTC-3 time) we are extracting the new strings
I'm not sure which is the best solution, because this would break the setup
for people using remote DB servers. I'd fill a bug on Koha::Contrib::Tamil
asking for the indexer to recover when the DB server is available again.
Talk to Frederic about this.

I've just pushed 10549 into the stable branch 3.12.x. It changes the
encoding of the ILS-DI webservice. As I don't use it, I'm not aware if the
different clients correctly parse this encoding change.
If you use it, please test the current stable branch so we don't break
anything for people.
Hi folks,
Galen has just pushed patches to the master branch that let the user choose
the desired indexing mode for both bibliographic and authority records. It
also defaults to DOM for both (until now the default was biblio:grs1
auth:dom) [1].
I think it is worth cherry-picking for the stable
