Hi,
I generally use the W3C Validator to make sure that editable OPAC blocks do
not contain any non-conforming / invalid HTML5. Earlier, the validator used
to complain only about the unapi-server as the only error, which is
unavoidable.
However, from around Dec 2017, I started noticing that Koha'
7, 8 wallclock secs ( 0.05 usr 0.02 sys + 6.53 cusr
1.10 csys = 7.70 CPU)
Result: FAIL
What should I look at to make it work?

via a combination of 3 parameters: the branch, the borrower category and
the itemtype.
Library staff level operational granularity is not a function of Koha at
the moment.

The "reason" is probably that reply-to header munging is turned off by
default in GNU Mailman and we continue to use that.
