A Dublin IRSP spokesperson said: "The Irish Republican Socialist Party is totally opposed to any such visit to this country by any member of a royal family, British or otherwise. "If such a visit is to happen then our party would undoubtedly be objecting to it, just as strongly as our class in Britain. Opinion polls of late in the run up to the Queen's celebration this year have suggested that she and the rest of her family have had their day.
