Oh, I just got a lot smarter by looking up the Matco cylinders in the Aircraft Spruce catalog. That's exactly what I have in my plane. That screw is screwed into the top plate of the cylinder, which is held in with a snap ring. You can push sideways on that screw and it'll rotate the plate,

Lee, I do mine from the slave at the wheel. There is a nipple there that you connect your tube to, and loosen the nipple, then pump in your fluid, till it comes out the top side. Mine has an overflow, to the underside of the fuse, so I can just watch for it to start coming out. Then, tighten
