Aviation is an amazing world. Put you tube in and air it up then take the core out and slip the half on , if you use a little powder seems to work almost all the time. A point for an AP. la...@lebanair.com -Original Message- From: krnet-boun...@mylist.net [mailto:krnet-boun...@mylist.net]

Thanks Dan, I have one of those . They are on Cleveland's but do the same thing. I guess I'll pull mine down and check them. I would have had my Corvair started today but after a problem with the starter not engaging the ring gear deep enough then today there is a wiring unknown that we haven't ran

How could you pinch a hole in the tube with the plastic insert installed?? Would love to see some pictures and how you managed to do it.. My next question is why wouldn't it work?? I've used the method for years with no issues and no holes. Simple to install and slightly inflate the tube.

Hello all; I am toying with the notion of adding some pants to my KR2. I found a couple of offerings, one at $120, the other at $250. Neither of them gave me a clear, concise idea of what would be involved in the fitting, etc. And neither offered a direct shot of what I would be buying. My

Dan, I do this kind of thing almost every day. What I do for wheels like this is put just enough air in the tube to inflate it without pushing the tyre out, so the inside of the tube is pretty well flush with or just inside the bead of the tyre. I use plenty of lube (We use a special tyre & tub

I got my new bearings today, and putting them in was fairly easy. At first they did not fit the axle, even they measured as though they should. A little buffing with some 220 solved that problem. However, I tried the Clorox bottle and the light cardboard and neither would work. In fact, I s
