Some of the smaller airports are the best. While flying back from the gathering 4years ago. We had to spend the night in Liberal KS. We were able to use their courtesy car for the night. When he went off the runway in st johns AZ they let's use the car to go into town to get a bite to eat

Mark I spoke of this a few years ago? My KR2 has two burn and melted strips on the dash carpet. I could not believe it if I had not seen it for myself. Only when the canopy is open and the tail pointing at the sun. I have been told it is very common in Gliders as well, SO be careful. Phil Ma
