2.1 Gal/hr is similar to what people are getting with 1/2 VWs at cruise
RPMs on Hummel Birds and Legal Eagles. I'm skeptical about D-Motor's
claim, no matter how sophisticated their engine management is.

The KR gathering was mostly the usual crowd, minus a whole bunch of folks from
the midwest and east coast. It was a bit disappointing that of all the
California KRs, only Mike Stirewalt attended. Not that we weren't glad to see
Mike, but the overall turnout from California for a west coast
These numbers were probably true for Ken's original prototype KR-1.
Remember it was the lightest KR ever built. Also Ken was a small guy. Weighed
in
about 12 pounds with rocks in his pockets. Ken died in the prototype KR-2.
