I wrapped my entire exhaust system in fiberglass cloth, saturating it with silicone instead of epoxy. This has worked well for many years to lessen the heat in the lower cowl. Ordinary household silicone can take a lot of heat. Use the high temp stuff if you like. On Jul 24, 2018 5:56 AM, "Teate,
