The sound setup system does not display SPDIF Digital.
I've been reporting for quite some time that when choosing the desired
sound system, the SPDIF Digital option never appears.
I have a 5.1 sound system that I connect through the SPDIF Digital
(optical) cable, and I have
Kubuntu 18.04. Nvidia propietary drivers 390.
The problem happens to me from time to time without doing anything specific.
I fix it by rebooting the computer or executing this command... I recover
the triple buffer, because when the fault appears I have tearing again.

Simon pointed out to me, over IRC, that I can't wget the tarball link
that he provided. That fixed my problem. Everything looks good to me now
and I'll be releasing the update shortly.
