I was unable to locate an upstream report to confirm this, nor have I

I am unable to reproduce. I use KPilot a few times a day with a Sony
Clie and an iPaq and do not get this issue. For me, I know I had to set
my port to /dev/ttyUSB1 in order to get both to work though after

If writing just an email message cause this crash, then I can reproduce.
I write anywhere between 50 and 100 emails a day with KMail and have
never experienced a crash while just writing an email.

a HP PSC1610 multifunction printer without any issues. This printer is
actually connected via Samba as well, but I can also print to a local HP

What version of KDE are you using? I am using KDE 3.5.7 and all of my
old dates seem to be correct now. I do remember them being off with
3.5.6 though right after the time change. If you aren't using 3.5.7, I

I am going to close this report after further discussions with Akregator
developers. It stinks we have to wait until KDE 4, but it will be
implemented. Thanks for this report, even two years later :)

Kontakt gave an error that it was allready running and could not open a second
time
That is an odd one, I didn't have the issue and I have been through
Breezy, Dapper, Edgy, Feisty, and now Gutsy on one machine without every
having to update. Luck? :) Anyways, since you found the fix for this,
and this hasn't been reported previously, I am going to go ahead and
close the report.
So this crash has only happened once? And it occurred immediately after
the updates? Hopefully someone will come along and be able to verify the
crash and provide a little incite as to what may have caused this.
