Yes, these Actionlist: buttons are unavailable.
After doing some things, which includes at first the thing here:
http://kubuntu.org/faq.php#konqueror
They are somewhen visible, but its not exactly reproduceable when or why
the appear then.
Perhaps a fix, but nobody answered here..

yuriy was there a fix recently for bug #45650 or are we experiencing more
sporadic effects of the bug?

Oh, and I can also confirm (as I also said in my initial bug report) the
explanations from Yuriy Kozlov.
I had to go to a specific view, to have my button then at the end in all
views. (I later deleted them all because the default konqueror views are
at least the most productive ones..)

Okay.. After doing that procedure:

once again (!) and tweaking and playing around with some solution ideas (so I
dont now which worked at the end, sorry) it suddenly appears and i managed (via
a new profile, in a state, it appeared) to get access to these
I've seen the buttons in the toolbar recently, they would appear in some
views but it was inconsistent. The toolbar changes for every view mode
(chosen from the menu) and I don't remember when it was that they'd
appear. I think file size view was one. I recently reinstalled my
system, and I
