In xubuntu 17.10, kdelibs5-data 4.14.34-0ubuntu2, file
/usr/share/mime/packages/kde.xml still includes MIME types all/all and
all/allfiles.

I also have this on a fresh installation of Ubuntu 16.04 when using
nvidia-384.
Most workarounds do not work:
- Option "DRI3" "1" seems to have no effect.
- I'm already using lightdm (default) and not sddm, so the workaround of
replacing sddm is N/A.
- I can't use the open-source driver because
