[Bug 1451865] [NEW] Kwallet is no longer automatically unlocked on login

I've noticed that although I had selected the automatic login option during the installation, and the system does log in the user during boot as it should, the option for whatever reason is not ticked within the 'User Manager' section of System Settings. Ticking the option changes nothing. I have no idea if unticking the box will disable automatic login or not. Although polkit does currently not allow localization, UI visible strings are contained in these config files. The package "libqapt" which is used by Muon Discover for example has a fully localized .actions file that is the input for kauth-policy- gen. However, those translations are currently not used since kauth- policy-gen only extracts the English version of each action defined. Effects of this bug: Translations for some UI strings in Kubuntu affecting security-relevant user interactions (e.g. asking for password to install updates) are not translated. Possible workaround/solution: Adapt kauth-policy-gen to create .policy files with action names according to the current system locale setting. [Bug 1482429] [NEW] KDE fails to load after adding user data(14.04.3LTS)
You have been subscribed to a public bug: Upon installing and after upgrading to latest install, after adding packages and adding user data, KDE will no longer load on Tahr. Before loading user data everything loaded ok. I skipped moving back all of the . folders I could think of that would cause conflict. I have removed the .kde folder and the result after rebooting is the same. There is no crash to report but KDE hangs and the world icon (icon #3) and refuses to continue. DBUS issue? I thought at first this may be a SELinux issue, so I unset enforcing mode but the result is the same.You can kill xorg and restart it and the problem persists. As this affects kde-session on kubuntu I dont know where to begin to report this. Installing MATE for some reason does not result in the session getting added to the login list, so I am forced to reformat to add another desktop. This SIMPLY SHOULD NOT BE NECESSARY.Using MATE Ubuntu results in corrupt video output and the OS is unusable. As debian is not affected in this way, I will assume this is an ubuntu bug. Why ubuntu has banned a perfectly GOOD DE is beyond me, it does not conflict with gnome3 in any way. MATE is a perfectly good fallback when GNOME3 refuses to load. Yet I cannot seem to install it alongside any other desktop and get it to work. Whenever i lock my screen in KDE, it takes about 10 minutes for the screen to blank out and display to go into powersaving mode. in gnome and other gnome based distros, when i lock the screen, it stays on for 3 seconds and fades out to put my monitor into standby whereas in kde, the lockscreen shows up for a very long time. Why is that? No one has any job staring at the lock screen.
