There is a methodical way to navigate from a UI element to the text
string describing it, but I'm yet to learn of a consistent way to
navigate from a text string to it corresponding UI element.
I've look at the string context of the phrase you're translating, also
at the location reference
Issue:
In PO [officecfg\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\UI.po], the string
[GenericCommands.xcu#..GenericCommands.UserInterface.Commands..uno_InsertTimeField.Label.value.text]
has ~Time whereas in the localize.sdf the same string [9n403n] has
Time Field.
~Time is more appropriate

I visited the site but the dictionary there is outdated, this
because the .OXT one from AOO has been updated in 2013 (or 2010).
There is a difference of about 10 000 words from the V1.20 in his
site, from the new one.

I have merged last week the db into po files and merged the po files
against the latest templates. So far so good. After the merge the word
count of the source language matched with the templates and only 8 words
needed translation.

Use the par_id (replace slash at the end of par_id by a dot and
include the two digit number behind it for the exact string) and
