exist. 1996 I spent a day in Rauma and it was a very beautiful city with

light, as the days grow shorter; that is a wellknown and usually
effective remedy for SAD (Seasonal Affective Depression); and as for

(paper) spindle. Has anyone else tried this?
I haven't tried flax on a spindle, but it should work if you can put
