What a wonderful day we had yesterday at the Forum, 7 tables full of
Norfolk's lacemakers, all the groups had their display boards with varied
and abundant amount of lace. The place was packed from the moment we opened
and men, women and children trying our have a go snake pillows.

Hi All, I am another fan of Sudoku/Soduko and I concur that there is no
guessing in Sudoku. I usually look for the places where they give you
enough numbers in the grid so you can fill in a square and then move on.
There is a US magazine that has been publishing Sudoku for 4 or 5 years and

A while back someone was collecting British-isms which were generally not
used in the US and/or Canada. I just learned/learnt two more while have
British friends visiting last weekend:
kerfuffle = a lot of fuss, a big to do
fringe = bangs (as in hair cut across the forehead at eyebrow level)
We pronounce and spelling it kafuffle, but it's clearly the same
word -- probably came from reading too many British authors. It's
the sort of thing that happens the night before you leave for a trip.

That's just Norfolk - it was the name of a subcamp at a jamboree I
