If a pattern was reduced to 71% for printing it means that it was reduced from A3 to A4 (or A4 to A5). To get it back to the full size you need to enlarge it by 141% - A4 to A3 (or A5 to A4) These are standard figures for enlargement based on the fact that with A sizes of paper the width of a
