On looking at the photos of the bobbins I think that maybe the bobbins in photos 23 and 24 could be Walter Burton.I think he was based in Lincolnshire at one time, somewhere near Sleaford, Stamford Lincoln. Bobbin 22 looks similar to his as well so it could have been his as well but not

Dear Arachnes, I've just finished a marathon effort to catalogue my bobbins, I realised that I probably had more than I thought, and I was right. 20 years of lacemaking will do that to a collection (and I'm not going to admit how many!). I've had a lot of success identifying makers and painters
