I've just received my Summer IOLI bulletin, but there's a problem with it -
I've got pages 1 - 8 twice and pages 25-32 twice, with pages 9 - 24 missing.
Is there someone I can contact by email to get a replacement?

I've finally had a reply to the email I sent to the BBC about the

1) it doesn't matter which side you start from
2) start from the side that will best hide the last end (usually the
inside)

The reason I asked who to contact was because I wasn't sure who actually
arranged to post the bulletins - it might not have been the editor herself.
