Dear Brian, Earlier this year, I bought a lace lamp at auction here in Maine. I think I wrote about this on Arachne, in a letter about all the lace things I'd been able to do here in 2010. Mine is European-style. In other words, a large globe-shaped carafe that was filled with water.

I cannot agree more with Jeri on her assessment of this book! I bought it immediately after it was released (with the translation), and have enjoyed it over and over again. It is a beautiful resource. However, it is my understanding that the book has long been out of print. Those vendors
