found the issue. I plan to release a 6.2.1 version shortly that fixes
some other bugs, too. The release will be announced on this list, too.

I get no error messages in Apache logs even with LogLevel set to debug.

The 5.6 version is different - running on Redhat 6 PHP 5.5 and Apache 2.2

I switched to PHP 5.6 because its listed as a requirement for 6.2.
Also, the 6.2 version is using Apache 2.4

Oddly, everything else seems fine, except for this certificate thing?
