Mattias, This is the version packaged in the repository for the Kubuntu version I am using. A straight download and install. Yes it is old, repository packages tend to be behind the times. I will install a newer version later today, but doubt if it will make any difference in this case.

Thanks for the welcome. Have just joined the list. Background, worked with Pascal on an old IBM mainframe, input by punched cards. The used Turbo Pascal from Version 2, Delphi up to Vsn 3 with Topaz modules for small freestanding databases. Then I moved to Linux and database work ceased.
