Hi,
The scripts that generate the rpm snapshots have been changed.
Previously they were build on a ubuntu vm, now on a fedora vm within a
fedora mock environment, which gives some more flexibility regarding
release building.

It seems from time to
LongMonthNames is RTL, which uses the ansi encoding. If you want to
show it using the LCL, convert it to UTF8.
