I just started playing with Lazarus for the first time in a few years.
I have to say I am blown away with the quality it is in its current
state.
With that said, I believe I found a bug in the OSX version, and I
think I have the fix...but I just want to verify that it has not

When in a TTreeView if you go to edit a node, and then click away to
another node you get a fatal exception and the application crashes.
I believe this is because you are freeing a TEdit (FEditor) component

Smart Navigation Bar). See http://www.smartmusicexplorer.com/feature3.aspx
Someone knows what Delphi component is being used? Maybe someone (german

Hi,
I have another version of my improved Configure Build Lazarus dialog.
There are basically 2 ways to go with the GUI design here:
1. Build profile centric. You select the profile and maybe change it.
2. Build options centric. It lets you forget the profiles if you don't
Hello Lazarus-List,
I was looking for a transparent container, something like a TPanel but
that do not repaint its background. At a first attempt I intercept the
OnPaint event of a TPanel and TScrollBox but both of them even when
paint does nothing they paint a btnFace background.
I look for

I think you uncovered a bug their. Alternatively create a TCustomComponent

Hi,
I wanted to play around with csOpaque ComponentStyle in a LCL based
application (to answer a question of another message thread). When I
dropped components onto a form, I realized I cannot actually move any
components on the form, I can only resize them???
v0.9.28.3 r22882 worked fine, but

Why Save profiles button is needed? Can this be done automatically?
I agree with Paul. I can't see the point of the save profile button? It

Check the bug tracker - this is known.
OK, thanks. Just to add more details, I'm using Linux + GTK2. Also 'trunk'
branch works correctly.
Just so others know, this bug is reported in Mantis at:
