I clicked the browser Stop button when nothing happened

For patches I initially had the idea that is doesn't matter on which
version it got reported. Thats why I didn't add the SVN

They were added, but the checkbox for released was not yet set.
The version numbers for LazTarget were already updated and I didn't have
to do anything about those.

Regarding the bug #7223, I found the problem. All is ok when one sets
MainForm.Visible := false (and MainForm.ShowInTaskBar := stDefault).

Hi
Today we upgraded Mantis to version 1.0.1. Unfortunately there still is
something wrong with the email notification. We patched the old version
to solve this. I'm looking if we can fix this again.
