Fixed in buildtool.cfg in CVS. Be sure that you use the latest version
from CVS (that means, delete your buildtool.cfg from source/syslinux).
Also, make sure you get revision 1.3 of that fil

I found more errors buildung buc from source using buildtool.
I hope you can fix these errors too. Syslinux is working fine now.
While downloading the sources I get the following errors:
- knockd-0.4.tar.gz -> 404 file not found
- lpthread -> wrong directory (lpthread) in sources.cfg
