Hey,
I think you're looking for beep.lrp - here are some links:
http://www.monkeynoodle.org/lrp/lrp/packages/sys-utils
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/ddouthitt/packages/
Both have beep.lrp.

Hello Blaise
I use beep.lrp about 3
I've loaded sshd.lrp, configured the conf files and have created the host

ssh-keygen -t dsa -f ssh_host_dsa_key.
During startup I get an error: "Privileged separation user sshd does not

Has anybody successfully used these two together?
When the card is detected and its modules loaded, this error shows up

Hello,
I don't want to connect a screen to my leaf firewall.
Some time ago, I found a script or a command which produced 3 beeps when the
firewall had finished to boot up...
Do you know that command / script ?
Thanks a lot.

When I give svi ipsec restart in shell prompt, I get an error ipsec_setup:
cannot find ipsec command -- 'restart' aborted. lsmod shows ipsec.o is
loaded. ipsec is also listed in the LRP string of syslinux.cfg and the line
does not exceed 255 characters.

I've been playing around with bering, getting familiar with the lrp
methodology, trying various combinations etc. One area that bering does not
seems to have native is traffic shaping. I believe WISP-Dist has it.
Can those who have tried WISP and bering let me know if WISP has all that
bering has
I'm using bering and have been trying to beef it up with what I think is
needed for admin and VPN. I added sshd, ssh, ipsec. I find that in lrcfg,
the top 10 packages only get listed. Any config for no of pkgs to be listed?
While saving the config, I get an error /tmp/EXCLUDE not found in tar. A
