Thanks for the links; I had no idea, although I probably should have known, that
DNScache was that smart. Now, if only I could get myself to that point.

Hi
It's nice to see someone else also having the same problem... I'm sorry: I
just read about a pop star visiting a local jail and the first thing he
said to the audience was nice to see so many of you here today ;-)
I have the same problem from Bering V1.1 and now Bering V1.2.
All nics ok

Have you tried blackhole route instead of netfilter for rfc1918
I'm not sure I can help with this, but I'd love to know what hardware you
are running this on.
Actually, I'd love to hear anyone's input on the capacities of their Bering
boxes, what they are doing with them, and what hardware they run on.

Try

Getting 404 not found when trying to open this doc up.
This is the page that contains the hyperlink to the above doc.

Hi all
Not much time for the list right now :-(
The following pb sounds strange to me.
The main common point between 1.1 and 1.2 is the 2.4.20 kernel so it would be
interesting to see if the pb occurs with 1.0-stable. Can any of you

Hi all the list,
Bonsoir cher Jacques,
I am certain that this problem doesn't occurs with the old V1.0-stable which was
running few monthes on my two Bering boxes in
production H24 here.
It seems not to be hardware dependant.
James is not using PPPoE as I am using. May be this could be the wrong
