I am using Bering uclibc 3.02 booting from an IDE CF card. The system
boots normally except that the last two modules in the LRP= list don't
load. depending on which modules are last I get a not found error (NF!)
on the first of the modules that don't load.
I have found references to a line
Thanks Martin,
I found the problem and the cause. I was backing up a working system so
that I would be able to recover it as quickly as possible in case of a
failure of the CF or IDE adapter. The way I was doing this was to mount
the working boot disk and copy all files except ldlinux.sys

Hi Ken,
I found the problem and the cause.
I'm glad you found the problem.
The reason that I found was that every line in the leaf.cfg file had a
period appended to it which caused several problems when rebooting the
system. Once the periods were removed the system booted normally
Ok. After doing some research it appears that windows/dos line feeds
were added to both leaf.cfg and syslinux.cfg when the files were
uploaded from the router to the windows system. The program used for
this was winscp400. I was able to remove them with a windows editor
called edit pad lite
I've been running on a really old version of LEAF and have been trying to
upgrade it. I'm trying to get Bering-uClibc 2.2.2 going. Some of the
config files are a little different than what I'm used to. I'm running this
on a Soekris with a CF card. Before, I had a syslinux.cfg and a lrpkg.cfg.

Dear list:
See leaf.cfg, syslinux.cfg and the memory and ramdisk pages from weblet.
Without the tmp_size line in leaf.cfg, I get about 7M in /tmp, always at
0% util.
I saw what I thought was some unused memory in the /tmp partition so I
tried to trim it back to 2M, as in leaf.cfg.
But no /tmp
