I am a new user of ledger and here is my questions:
a) Is it possible to change the number format when entering transactions?
Ledger uses , for thousands and . for decimal. Can we use (and how) them
the opposite way: (.) for thousands and , for decimal?
b) My assets are mixed with

Ledger uses whatever it sees you use.

Does posting order affect stock or commodity cost basis in Ledger?
Looking at the first example in section 4.5.2 of the documentation[1], one
finds this example:

eg @ EUR 20 when i first recorded (opening balance) my assets, and after
your reply i set at the end of my file

I'm looking for a way to save receipts with amounts on my android device
with an app, either open source or one-time payment ( no recurring costs)
that would allow me to easily export expenses with the appropriate receipt
photos. From these receipt photos I'm looking to generate a ledger

I don't integrate this with ledger (yet) but I use tiny scanner

to scan all sorts of documents, including receipts. For receipts I name the
file with date, short description and amount and then share the file to
Google drive,
