Turns out that there is a checkbox on
the admin user screen for setting privileges to be able to delete
warehouses. By setting it, the user can then delete warehouses.

With the help of the suggestion by Håvard Sørli, I was able to get it
locallinstalled also, by just rebuilding the
perl-Config-Std-0.900-rf.src.rpm ('rf' means 'repoforge' repository).

I was able to build the various RPMs needed to get perl-Config-Std to
work as an RPM.
If someone wants I can post them both the RPMs and SRPMs.
I can now localinstall ledgersmb.
I have not tested it but it installs without complaint.
