Ever since I heard, I have been alternating between extreme sadness and
rage. As someone has already pointed out, he was one of the few things

spot on John - hugely saddened and shocked - a man you look at that you think
has everything - difficult to comprehend...I remember the home leg against
Stuttgart...he was one of those that stood up and was counted.
